We collect information you provide directly to us — your name, email address, company name, phone number, and business details when you fill out our contact form, book a strategy call, or communicate with us by email.

We do not collect information passively through tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party data brokers. The information we hold about you is information you chose to give us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule strategy calls
• Deliver and manage the B2B lead generation and AI search visibility services you have engaged us for
• Send service-related communications — updates, reports, and campaign information
• Improve our services based on feedback and campaign performance

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Form submissions and client information are stored in Google Workspace, which uses enterprise-grade security and encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised Closinx team members who need it to deliver your services.

We retain your data for as long as we have an active service relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to resume services. You can request deletion at any time — see section 4.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

5. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality — for example, remembering your preferences within a session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies that follow you across other websites.

Terms of Service

1. Services

Closinx provides B2B lead generation, outsourced SDR, appointment setting, pipeline generation, sales prospecting, and AI search visibility services as agreed in your individual service agreement. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of services are defined in the agreement signed prior to commencement.

By engaging Closinx's services, you agree to these Terms of Service in addition to the terms of your individual service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the individual service agreement takes precedence.

2. Payment Terms

All pricing is custom and agreed before service commencement. Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Services begin after receipt of agreed payment or in accordance with the payment schedule in your agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We will provide written notice before any suspension.

3. Results Guarantee

Closinx guarantees at least one qualified meeting booked in your first 60 days of active campaign — or your next month of service is provided at no cost.

This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The campaign must be running for a minimum of 30 calendar days with no interruption
• The ICP provided must be accurate and sufficiently specific for targeted outreach
• The client must have responded promptly to onboarding requests and approved messaging before launch
• The definition of a "qualified meeting" is as agreed in your individual service agreement

The guarantee covers one free month of service — it does not entitle the client to a cash refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, outreach methodologies, messaging frameworks, and automation systems developed by Closinx remain the intellectual property of Closinx unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

Prospect lists and campaign data generated during the engagement and paid for by the client belong to the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement — including business strategies, client lists, pricing, and campaign performance data — and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Closinx's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in that agreement. All fees due up to the date of termination remain payable.

Closinx reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or damages Closinx's reputation or operations.
